In the research project AUSLASTMEISTER, an AI-supported platform is being developed for SHK craft businesses that enables collaborative quotation planning and intelligent lead and deal allocation. The solution analyzes customer requests, identifies the required trades and qualifications, assesses available capacities, and supports matching with suitable partner companies. This allows capacity bottlenecks to be mitigated through cooperation, more requests to be handled, and quotations to be integrated more effectively into operational planning.
