Lerninhalte
An introduction to human-centered work design and an overview of digitalization and Industry 4.0 as drivers of change in human work in production and logistics are the basis of the course. Subsequently, various methods of human-centered work design are applied using the example of the design and evaluation of prototypical assistance systems (according to DIN9241-210).
 
Lernergebnisse/Kompetenzen

• Knowledge of basic concepts of human-centered work design in the context of digitalization and Industry 4.0.
• Understanding of the connections between digitalization, Industry 4.0 and the need to design related work in production and logistics.
• Application of methods for human-centered work design and their evaluation
• Analysis and assessment of results from evaluation studies
